Chalet Hollygotty...
This traditionally-styled 5 star chalet in the peaceful Le Gotty area of La Clusaz is perfect for family groups or friends, whatever the time of year. The ski bus stops just 300m away, and it's less than 2km into the centre of La Clusaz.
In summer there are plenty of walks from the door, and in winter, the nearest ski slopes are less than 1km away, either at Envers or Combe des Juments. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing.
The stunning views over Etale and Beauregard are perhaps best enjoyed from the hot tub on the large, sunny, wraparound terrace.
About the property...
Groups of up to eight people will find plenty of space at Chalet Hollygotty, which has four bedrooms set over two floors.
There is a large double bedroom on the ground floor, which has its own shower room. There is also a separate WC. The rest of this floor is a large open-plan living area - there's a cosy seating area with a large six-seater sofa and chairs around an open fire overhung by a TV. At the other end of this L-shaped area is the well-equipped kitchen and a dining table where everyone can sit down together to catch up over a meal.
There are patio doors from the dining area to the large furnished terrace, which wraps around two sides of the chalet - at one end there is a seating area and at the other you'll find a dining area and barbecue. There's also an area to relax and catch the sun, or cool off in the delightful hot tub, which has a sophisticated water filtration system which means it is always fresh when you step in! What better way to end a day in the mountains than to relax in the bubbles as the sun sets over the mountains?
The other bedrooms are upstairs - two double rooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. There is also a twin room and a separate bathroom and WC.
There is a ski store in the garage, as well as a table tennis table, which can be stored away if you wish to park your car in the garage.

La Clusaz is an authentic mountain village which blends tradition with up-to-date facilities. Its traditional chalets and lively streets offer a vibrant setting with Savoyard charm. Nestled in the heart of the Aravis massif, it is only 30 min from Annecy and close to Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod. Its warm atmosphere and easy accessibility make it a popular destination year-round.
In winter, the resort provides easy access to the Aravis ski area, offering 210km of pistes that combine long descents and technical sectors across La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Manigod, and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt. The region also offers a variety of winter activities, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, sledging, snow biking, ice diving and ice skating.
During the rest of the year, numerous hiking and biking trails lead to superb views over the Aravis, such as the Plateau des Glières. The village boasts a modern watersports centre providing activities for all ages and a wellbeing area. The nearby Lake Annecy is another great place for swimming, paddleboarding, and sailing. Other summer activities include via ferrata, climbing and paragliding, leaving you with a wealth of memories to take home.

The OVO Network Review
There's plenty of space for 8 people at Chalet Hollygotty, with an area of 108m² over two floors. The location in a small close gives the property a quiet setting, despite being close to the village and the ski slopes.
Less than 2km from the centre of La Clusaz, it's easy to get to the shops and restaurants, as well as all the entertainment in the village. It's a great winter location for skiers, with the ski bus stopping just 300m away, and in summer it's wonderful for walkers and cyclists.
The outside spaces have just been refurbished, with the great addition of the hot tub, and the terrace that has been extended so that there is plenty of room to relax after a great day in the mountains.
Chalet Hollygotty has four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The living room is warm and welcoming, with a kitchen opening onto a large table for feasts with friends.
There's also a seating area where you can relax on the sofas around the fireplace.
The garage has plenty of room for parking and for storing your equipment safely. The ski room is great for drying your ski gear while you wait for the pistes to open the next day.
Chalet Hollygotty offers a great level of comfort and equipment for everyone. Families will love the outdoor facilities - you can keep an eye on the children while you relax in the hot tub!
